Thank you for choosing Bosc Design! We are pleased to offer free in-store and designated pickup locations as an alternative to shipping. Please review the following policy and instructions for a seamless pickup experience.

Arranging Pickup:

1. Contact our team at sales@boscdesign.com to schedule a pickup time. Email communication is essential for pickup arrangements.
2. Await confirmation from our team that your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Procedure:

1. Bring a copy of your order confirmation email to the designated pickup location.
2. Ensure you have a valid identification document for verification purposes.
3. Follow any additional instructions provided by our team.

Please Note:

• In-store pickup availability may vary based on operating hours and stock availability at each location.
• Pickup arrangements must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice in advance of the scheduled pickup time and date.
• If you need to cancel your pickup or require a schedule change, please provide us with 24 hours' notice in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees or the inability to process refunds.
