Placing Bulk Orders

 

Thank you for your interest in placing a bulk order with Bosc Design. We offer a convenient way for customers to order items in large quantities. Follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth ordering process:

Step 1: Contact Sales

To place a bulk order, please send an email to our sales team at sales@boscdesign.com. In your email, make sure to include the following information:

• The item(s) you want to order from our website.
• Specify the quantity of each item you require.

Step 2: Delivery or Pick-up

When contacting our sales team, please indicate whether you prefer delivery or pick-up for your order. Here are the details for both options:

Delivery:

• The cost of delivery will depend on the weight and size of your order.
• Our sales team will calculate the delivery cost based on your order details and provide you with a quote.
• Please include your delivery address in the email so that we can accurately calculate the delivery cost.

Pick-up:

• Pick-up at our main office is available free of charge.
• The address for pick-up is: Bosc Design 50 Acadia Ave, Unit 207 Markham, ON, L3R 0B3

Note: If you prefer to pick up your order from one of our other locations across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), please mention it in your email. We will arrange a specific time and date for the meet-up at one of the requested locations below:

Toronto:

• Bayview Village
• Time Square

Richmond Hill:

• Elgin Mills and Leslie

Markham:

• First Markham Place
• Bosc Design Office

Scarborough:

• Woodside Mall

Step 3: Custom Engraving (Optional)

At Bosc Design, we offer custom engraving services for an additional cost. If you would like to have your items engraved, follow these steps:

• In your email request to the sales team, mention that you want to include custom engraving.
• Attach the logo picture you want to be engraved. Please ensure the picture is of good quality and in a suitable format (e.g., JPEG, PNG).
• Our sales team will provide you with a quote for the custom engraving service along with further instructions.

Step 4: Quote and Payment Instructions

Once we receive your email with the necessary information, our sales team will process your request promptly. We will prepare a quote for your bulk order, including any additional costs for engraving or delivery.

In the quote, you will find the total amount due for your order. The sales team will also provide you with detailed payment instructions, including available payment methods and any specific deadlines for payment.
